Street Deep Clean

It is lovely having trees on our streets except, come autumn, leaves fall and mush up. Many people collect them off their pavements which is great - they can be used for composting either at home or in brown bin.

But the leaves on the road get mushed up and block drains, so the council is going to be cleaning White St, Statham St and part of Park Grove on

Wed 12th Dec.

Leaflets will be delivered by the council and the information put on lamp posts/ trees because they really need the road to be clear of cars to be able to clean properly.

The rest of the area will be cleaned at a later date
