Markeaton Park Bumblebee Trail

There is a trail of information posts in Markeaton Park close to the Mundy Playcentre which describe how important bees are to the environment and give facts that you may never have heard before.

If you enter the park down the cinder path (sharp keft turn just past the Kedleston Road bridge opposite Maxwell Ave) then you will see some posts before you get to Mundy Play Centre.

The guided trail took place in June but you may enjoy finding the posts with your children and discovering more about bees
