Wanted - Snow Patrol Coordinator

Across the area, there are many people ready to clear a length of pavement when we have snow that looks like settling and being a trial for the less mobile amongst us. What we don’t have is a person to coordinate this group - it isn’t a terribly difficult thing to do.

It is a basically a matter of monitoring the grit bin down by the chemists and letting the Steering Group know when the time has come to spend some more money on grit. Plus emailing out to the volunteers to remind them that they are appreciated and allocating new stretches of pavement to any new volunteers. And if we are ever allowed to meet indoors again, Six Streets would love someone to organise a get together to say thank you to volunteers! (costs and venue not down to you)
