New information: Street Signs Stolen

Derbyshire Police have a short, grainy CCTV clip which they hope will help track down better quality CCTV from nearby residents. You can view the video here:-  https://youtu.be/udYutQUc9eQ

Two people are shown walking along Camp Street and stopping next to one of the signs, which was found to have been removed the following morning. They want to talk to the two people shown in the clip. They are described as in their late teens, wearing tracksuits and hoodies with the hoods pulled up.

Unfortunately the police did not include information on date and time of the clip - perhaps someone knows when the Camp St sign was stolen?

Earlier post:

Original cast iron street name signs have been taken acros Chester Green and it seems that they were stolen. Some young men were seen removing anothers in Strutt’s Park area At the very least, the police are aware.

So if you do see anything that looks suspicious round here, Victoria Streets or Cedar Parkfields where we have quite a few original signs then it is probably the 2 men on bikes adding to their collection.
