MakerMask - non medical masks

Please Note: even if you are wearing a mask, you should stay at least 2m away from people. Other measures such as frequent, thorough handwashing should also be continued.

This is an American site (hence the measurements are in inches) In the US, many states have made wearing a mask compulsory. Some evidence suggests that they should be worn on public transport and in other enclosed spaces by members of the public but they are not compulsory in the UK as of April 28th.

The site has mask designs for community makers. The MakerMask designs use latex-free, water-resistant materials (eg NWPP non woven polypropylene) that are likely to provide improved protection over cotton masks. Some are stand alone designs, others are to go over medical standard masks if they are to be re-used.
