Applaud the NHS

NHS staff are clear - vulnerable people need to stay at home. People need to do the 2m social distancing with all the handwashing before you even think about touching your face.

Why?

Because they don’t want to see you in hospital!

So there is a call out for as many people as possible to show NHS staff that we appreciate them.

Clap them from the rooftops, stand on your doorsteps, go out to your garden and applaud.

Show all the staff - from doctors to porters, from nurses to cleaners that we appreciate their hard work in the face of Covid19.

Please stay in if you are over 70, are pregnant, have condition such as diabetes. Please stay away from everyone outside your household - if you are out walking the dog, jogging, on your way to work, visiting vulnerrable relatives - give other people a berth. Especially in shops - give others space.
