We would like to invite you to our next University of Derby Quarterly Community Meeting, where we will discuss updates and issues that may be of interest to people living in our local area. A copy of the agenda and notes are attached. These notes have been made anonymous for Data Protection.

The Quarterly Community Meeting will be held at our Kedleston Road campus on 02.09.19 from 5.30 - 6.30pm in the Dovedale Suite, which is in the main building. We appreciate this is still holiday season but hope that many of you will be able to join us.

You are very welcome to pass this invitation on to other members of your community who may be interested. We have attached a poster for display if you wish to spread the word and would appreciate your help with this. If you would like to attend please:

1.      email the Estates team at estatesadmin@derby.ac.uk to confirm your attendance

2.      provide your car registration number if you wish to park on site

3.      return the privacy noticed attached – each attendee must complete their own form. Without this form we cannot hold your data for any future invitations or updates.

All attendees must register so that we can book you into our visitor management system which will allow you to gain access to the site.
