A return of a local favourite! The July walk is the Stones Walk which gives the opportunity to check on the restoration of All Saints’ Church in Mackworth village. The walk is 5 miles long with a couple of easy stiles. There may be livestock in the a field or two and, as ever, sturdy footwear of muddy conditions is recommended.

Meet at 75 Wheeldon Ave at 10.30. No car sharing needed as this is the starting point. If you are driving for some reason, then see Activity page for contact details and check with Lyn about meeting at Markeaton Mundy car park.

Plan is to stop at the Potting Shed on the way back but you may wish to bring snacks/ drinks to keep you going while walking and talking. Well behaved dogs on leads always welcome.
