The allotments near Britannia Mill are holding an open afternoon this Sunday so that everyone can see what goes on across this site - in particular what the Growing Academy is as well as checking out the new Starter Plots.
BBC Radio Derby's Andy Twigge and G F Tomlinson's Kevin Dodds will be cutting the ribbons.
There will be fantastic home-made cakes; refreshments; tours of our wonderful, nationally recognised allotment site; and great value, quality plants available for your allotment, garden or patio.
