Six Streets Newsletters 2024

During the New Ideas event in the Creaky last month, a resident said how they enjoyed reading the two newsletters each year. Others agreed and described how they were kept on the fridge to refer back to. This was part of an ask for four editions a year.

Obviously, this involves extra cost for Six Streets as well as more volunteer time devoted to the production & delivery of the newsletters. After discussion, SIx Streets group is going for 3 newsletters in 2024. The first will be around May time ie before Arts Trail starts, the next will be before Hallowe’en and then another is planned before Christmas as the 2023 December newsletter was such a success.

The summer tends to be a quieter time as far as Six Streets events and activities go so we think the roughly 5 months gap between the first and second newsletters will work out fine. Before Easter, there will be fliers arriving on core area doorsteps highlighting the Easter Event and Playing Out
