Info from Nextdoor social website:

Camera managed parking is coming at Park Farm, Allestree. This is a privately run car park - not a council one so you will not get a Fixed Penalty Notice if you stay for more than 2 hours. You will get sent an invoice for the car parking fee.

The cameras record the date/time of entry and exit to/from car park - not the time you are parked in a slot.

The first 2 hours are still free.

Then you must pay 80p for the 3rd hour and parking for 4 hours £1.60.

It looks like the only payment methods are by phone or via website (not coin machine). Maximum permitted parking duration is 4 hours.

It is not clear what happens about people who are eating in the cafe after shopping as that could add up to more than 2 hours but at minute they are exempted from being parked too long as long as they get ticket from cafe to give shopping centre parking people.
