Dog Fouling

Dog fouling is not just when a person does not pick up. Leaving used bags abandoned is also covered by the city wide £50 penalty and up to a £1000 fine if convicted in court. There has recently been an increase in the number of times bags have been left in White Street.

As well as being a health risk (bags split), it is also anti social behaviour and upsetting for the person who has to clear the mess.
