Derby Lantern Trail

The Derby Lantern Sculpture Trail has 7 artistic displays installed across the city centre and Normanton. The venues include places of worship for four of Derby’s religions.

They are free to see until the end of December and can be found at the Museum of Making, Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Déda, Derby Cathedral, Jamia Mosque, the Geeta Bhawan Hindu Temple and the Ramgarhia Sikh Temple.

Some of the sculptures can be seen from outside while others are inside the venues, so best check opening times. Scanning a QR code for each sculpture will give details of how the building is the inspiration for the sculpture.
