Darley Abbey Old School Redevelopment Plans

St Matthews’ House on Brick Row dates back to 1826 and was a Church of England school until the 1970s. Property management company, Chevin Group Holdings, say that part of it could be converted into a cafe or restaurant after a refurbishment. The building is a national Grade II-listed property and the plans are subject to planning consent being obtained.
