Vaccine Hesitancy - Healthwatch Derbyshire Survey
Healthwatch Derbyshire is an independent voice for the people of Derbyshire. There to listen to the experiences of Derbyshire residents and give them a stronger say in influencing how local health and social care services are provided.
Healthwatch Derbyshire is part of a national network setup in April 2013 as a result of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
They are currently asking to hear from people who can’t or are unlikely to have the covid-19 vaccine. There is a survey which they would like people to complete so that attitudes can be understood better.
