Transport Secretary makes A38 decision

As expected, Grant Shapps has announced that the A38 project - replacing the 3 roundabouts with 2 underpasses and a flyover - will go ahead.

It may be that legal challenges are attempted. If they are not successful, the major work on the project will start in late summer 2021.
