Incident near Broadway/ Longford Street
A neighbour was out volunteering when she heard a bang - probably a tyre blowing out?
She turned to look - man dressed in black with a balaclava on was running up Longford Street having left an old black car in middle of road.
The police came quickly and when she was coming back she saw a sniffer dog up near top of Longford St.
