Runners ...

If you were wondering about the runners with maps in the area on New Year’s morning, they were taking part in their first orienteering event of 2019 - the Derby West Urban Event.

They met up in Markeaton Park and ran round various nearby streets recording their progress at the orange and white checkpoints. I noticed shirts from different clubs - including Lincoln.
