Covid19 - Emergency Dental Services

Your dentist should be answering the phone 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday (normal working days) and triaging urgent problems and prescribing antibiotics as needed. If someone is in need of a face to face, that will be arranged in advance - an appointment is needed, you can not just turn up. Outside those hours and on Bank Holidays, you need to access 111 online or by phone for emergencies only.

People seeking help should not visit A&E departments or GP surgeries for dental care.

There is an emergency treatment centre in Derby for patients with no covid19 symptoms. If anyine in the household has symptoms, another site is used.

Shielded patients need to go to Chesterfield.
